Citrix Files for Windows - Installation et configuration

1. Open a browser, go to Citrix web site and download the latest : 

https://www.citrix.com/downloads/sharefile/clients-and-plug-ins/citrix-files-for-windows.html 

2 : Install Citrix Files :

Launch the .exe file downloaded previously in order to install it.

Careful : You need to be administrator.

Accept the license agreements

Then click install, and please allow the UAC by clicking “Yes”

3 : Progression of the Citrix Files installation

Install finish. Click on “Launch” to start the application

4 : Configure Citrix Files access :

When Citrix File ask you to Sign In, enter the required information

E.g : If your Sharefile URL access is : https://kisslabs.sharefile.eu/ , you just need to enter “kisslabs”

Then click on “Continue”

4 : Configure Citrix Files credentials access

When asked, enter your email addresse and password : 

Then click on “Connexion”

5: 2FA (Double Factor Authentication) :

If the 2FA (Double Factor Authentication with SMS Code) has been enable on your ShareFile account, you need to enter the code received by SMS on your Phone.

Then click on “Verify” and you should be connected
