1. Connect to the management URL of the Antispam
Connect to : https://antispam.kisslabs.ch with your credentials (email and password of your exchange mailbox).
2. Manage quarantine
In the Quarantine tab (1) you can select (2) the emails you wish to manage and choose one of the 3 possible actions described below:
- Release (3) : the message will be delivered to your inbox.
- Whitelist (4) : the e-mail address is added to your list of approved senders and the message is also delivered to your mailbox.
- Delete (5) : to immediately remove a message from your quarantine.
To search for a particular message, select the Search Filter tab and enter the desired search criteria.
By default, all quarantined messages are displayed in order of score.
Note: The lower the score, the less “SPAM” the message is, and the greater the chance that it is actually a false positive, i.e. a message that is not spam.
3. Manage your filtering rules
In the Filter Rules tab (6), you can add (9) your own rules for blacklisting (7) or whitelisting (8) an e-mail address or domain.
If you blacklist an address or domain, mail sent to your account from that address or domain will be blocked before it reaches your inbox.
If you whitelist an e-mail address or domain, all messages from that user or domain to your account will be approved and automatically delivered to your inbox.
Note: If you blacklist an e-mail, only that e-mail will be blocked. Other users of this domain can continue to send you e-mail without being blocked. The same applies to whitelisting.
4. Manage Quarantine report settings
In the Settings tab (10), you can define the parameters of your quarantine report (11) and choose the language, frequency and content of your own quarantine report (12).
