Password Modification - Exchange email account - EN
If you also have a citrix account (Virtual Desktop) the password is the same for both account (Exchange mail + Citrix)
1. Connect on the password reset URL
Connect to : https://mail.kisslabs.ch with the provided password.
2. Modify your password
As soon as you are connected, 1 - click on setting at the top right corner and choose 2 - "Options" in the menu.
Then, go to 3 - 4 "General" and "My account"
Finally click on 5 - "Change your password"
3. Enter old password and new password
Enter the old password (actual) in the "Actual password" field.
Enter your new password in the "New password" field.
Then confirm your new password in the "Confirm new password" field.
CAUTION : The new password must comply with the following security requirements:
- At least 12 characters
- At least one Upper case
- At least one digit
- At least one special character (*,-,/,+,$, ! … , Space is also considered as special character)
- The password must not contain your first name, last name and login domain.
